Radiology/Film Reviews
MEDSURITY SOLUTIONS will provide a fast turnaround time (usually 24-48 hours or as needed) for high quality radiology reviews of imaging examinations, as provided on cd’s, dvd’s films, or other medical records. Our Radiology reviews are performed by Board-Certified, Fellowship-trained radiology experts with both clinical and administrative radiology experience who will provide an unbiased and accurate interpretation of a claimant’s condition. We can review any modality of imaging examination, X-ray, CT, MRI, ultrasound, PET, interventional radiology procedures, to all other types of imaging. Expedited reviews (i.e. within 24 hours) is also available. Film review may be expedited by sending electronically which will be imported into our PACS system. Our staff is available to help you to quickly and easily transfer the DICOM files to us electronically, and can obtain the required medical authorization.

A picture is worth 1000 words, and a video is worth 1,000,000. MEDSURITY SOLUTIONS has partnered with RAD1000 to create illustrations that reflect the findings in your case. As board-certified radiologists, we will use special postprocessing software to create annotated high-quality medical images and/or video that will make the pathology extremely tangible for any jury or layperson to understand. With annotations, we are able to create a 3D side-by-side pictorial comparison of the pathology with the expected normal reference anatomy in a similar demographics. This will save you both time and money as there will be less expert testimony required, and less ambiguity about the case. We will work closely with you.
Independent Medical Reviews (IMEs)
Representing all medical subspecialties, our nationwide panel of high-quality board-certified experts will provide unbiased analysis of medical records, reasonableness of treatments rendered, critical analysis of necessity of care, discussion of causality, and evaluation of a claimant’s medical condition for legitimacy and accuracy. Each report is evaluated for accuracy, quality, and compliance prior to release. We strive for a 24- 48 hour turn around from receipt of medical chart material. Transportation arrangements for examinations is available. Translation services are available by qualified interpreters.
